TOPHOTO is a group of people who share a common passion for digital photography.

Biweekly contests are organized on a given theme. At the end of each contest a vote is held to determine "the best picture". Being strictly amateur, the sole reward given to the author of the winning picture consists in having the right to choose the following theme.
